These contemporary homes, designed by the award winning architectural firm Tate Snyder Kimsey, are being built in the highly desirable Rural Nature Preserve in the southwest valley of Las Vegas.

The development, named The Enchantment Way, could well be dubbed "Frank Lloyd Wright meets Sante Fe".

The Enchantment Way is a unique and fascinating gated community of luxury homes that will be rated as a part of the LEED for Homes Pilot Program and the plans currently achieve a GOLD rating.

  • Roof Systems - using composite wood joists, bio-based foam spray roof insulation, radiant barrier insulation, and reflective roof coatings
  • Foundations - utilizing concrete with 30% fly ash
  • Plumbing Systems - featuring re-circulating solar thermal water heating for domestic water and pool heating, low flow toilets, lavs and shower heads
  • HVAC Systems - using split system cooling and heating which will use multiple zones for efficiency and comfort, filtering outside air and pre-cooling air supply to the fan coils
