This home has been built using Carrara Tape and Float Stucco. They are panels, installed like wall board. It is efficient, nearly 40% lighter than fiber cement, thicker and more stout. 6 inch walls. The framing is steel. Metal roof. House is insulated using a 51/2" foam product, described below.

Walls are 5 ½ Inch solid polystyrene foam (R-30+) with heat shield reflectant thermal vapor barrier (R-8) =R40+ total walls. Vaulted ceiling is same as walls plus “Heat Shield 2000” for total R-50+ All trim is Hardi Board. During the Austin summers, electric bills have never surpassed $200-amazing for a 2700 s/f house!

Floors are scored and stained cement.

House is currently being used as an engineering office. If you look past the equipment and office furniture, you can appreciate the lovely home that it can be.
