Updating your existing Property Listing is a very simple process.
Step one : Go to the main menu and click on "Login" and select Seller/Agent.
Step two : Enter your email address and password in the required fields (or request your password to be resent).
Upon successful login, your personalized Desktop Menu will then be available. From this menu you can: - Manage Property Listings - edit content and add/delete photos or change listing status (i.e., "SOLD" or "Cancel")
- Post a new property listing
- Modify your seller profile, email, login password and contact information
- Maintain messages to/from interested buyers and respond
- See how many Buyers have viewed your listing(s) View Snapshot
- Review listing purchase receipts

"How do I create a custom Short URL of my property listing?"
For those who require a custom Short URL of your green property listing page, we've created a simple solution. Important Note: You must use these custom URL's to correctly display a ListedGreen.com property listing on your web page(s), real estate blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin accounts and/or text messaging. Simply login and from your Personal Desktop menu, select "Manage Listing(s)."

Property listing information (price, living area, land size) is displayed in U.S. format, so converting currency and area may be required. BACK TO QUESTIONS
"Why are pictures so important in a property listing?"
Pictures are very important to a property listing.
Statistics show that a listing with no pictures are rarely viewed.
You can upload up to 8 photos of your green property listing.
Photos in your Listed Green listing are presented in a very professional slideshow format.
If you don't currently have photos, you can still place a listing - but we highly recommend uploading photos as soon as possible.
Important notes regarding photos: - We recommend you NOT use "vertical" photos - submit the typical "horizontal" shots as you would normally hold a camera
- Please DO NOT use small "thumbnail" photos - all photos submitted to us are always resized and optimized for quick viewing on the slideshow
- Try to use optimized images (reduced file size for the web). Use a lower resolution when taking property photos for online use

"Can I sell land on Listed Green?"
Listed Green requires some type of Land Covenant or Deed Restrictions in place, directing whatever housing or structure eventually will be built to be green, energy efficient and/or sustainable.
Land Listing information should address issues such as: - Directing the use of Green Certified Builders and/or Green Certification Programs
- Sustainable and/or innovative building techniques
- Energy saving components within the structures eventually being built
- Stewardship of the land and encompassing ecosystem

"How do I place a property listing on ListedGreen.com?"
Creating a new Listing is a very simple process: Step #1) From the main top menu click on "Create" and select "Property Listing" - you'll be prompted to create a Seller/Agent profile. Step #2 ) Once a profile is created, you'll see your personal Desktop Menu. You'll also receive an email with your login information (check your junk email folder) From your personal Desktop Menu you can: - Create a new property listing
- Edit existing property listing content (price change, etc.) and photos
- Edit your personal profile, email address and password (login info)
- Upload an Agent photo
- Maintain messages to/from interested Buyers (you'll receive instant notifications from Buyers via email)
- See how many Buyers have actually viewed your listing(s) View Snapshot
- Activate your Agent Profile to be visible in the Agent Search results (if no property listings exist for the agent)
- Review listing purchase receipts
Important note:
All Property Listings will be personally reviewed by our staff to ascertain they contain sufficient green, energy efficient and/or sustainable attributes before going public (within 24 hours). - Basic Property Listings appear in the property search results with affordable fixed or recurring monthly fees (based on package) - cancel at any time
- Featured Property Listings are featured on top of the homepage slideshow and appear in property search results. This is a recurring monthly fee - cancel any time

Activating your Promo Code is a simple process. - First : Login to your personal Desktop Menu.
- Second : Click on the big green "Purchase Listings" button on the page or from your personal top menu.
- Third : Enter your code in the promo code box and click "Validate".

In order for a Real Estate Agent Profile to be visible in the Agent Search results, the agent must have an active green property listing.
If you don't have a green property to list but also wish to appear in the Agent Search Results, then Login to your personal Desktop Menu and look for the Agent Search "link" (located on the lower left corner of your Desktop page).
