How can I update my listing?
Updating your Listed Green Listing is a very simple process.
Just go to the Contact Page and enter your request in the comment box.
We make the changes for you.
From the contact page form you can:
- Request changes to your property listing description (i.e., Price Changes, etc.) or request certain photo removals/replacements. (See comments about replacing photos below)
- Change your seller contact information
- Cancel your listing subscription
- Ask general questions
Important notes regarding photos:
- Please DO NOT use "vertical" photos - submit the typical "horizontal" shots as you would normally hold a camera
- Please DO NOT use small "thumbnail" photos - all photos submitted to us are always resized to 450x320 and optimized for quick viewing on the slideshow. Small photos such as thumbnails will look distorted when resized to the required 450x320 size, so please don't submit them. Larger photos are never a problem for us
- If you want to replace an existing photo, just "rename" your new photo to the one on the slideshow you wish to replace (i.e., 1.jpg or 3.jpg, etc.) and then upload the photo. Don't have the "Upload Link" ? Use our Contact Page and request it
Remember, we use encryption software to protect your e-mail address from spam and we never sell your information to anyone. Period.

Why are pictures so important in a ListedGreen listing?
Pictures are very important to your ad placement.
Statistics show that an ad placement with no pictures rarely gets looked by the general public.
Also - the more photos you can place, the better. People love to look at pictures of your property.
At ListedGreen.com, you can upload up to 8 photos of your green sustainable property.
Photos in your ListedGreen listing will be presented in a very professional slideshow flash format - giving the buyer complete viewing control.
If you don't currently have photos, you can still place a listing - but we highly recommend uploading photos as soon as possible.

Listed Green requires some type of Land Covenant or Deed Restrictions in place, directing whatever housing or structure eventually gets built, to be green, energy efficient and/or sustainable.
Listing information should address issues such as:
- Directing the use of Green Certified Builders and/or Green Certification Programs
- Sustainable and/or innovative building techniques
- Energy saving components within the structures being built
Our goal on Listed Green is to help elevate mandatory requirements of green, energy efficient, sustainable building practices on raw land, while making a difference toward global warming beyond basic land conservation and stewardship.

How do I place a listing on ListedGreen.com?
Placing a Green Listing is very simple.
- From the main menu go to: add your listing
- Pay the very affordable $20 recurring monthly fee (cancel at any time)
- Enter your property information and upload your photos - human beings will then compile your listing page
Your ListedGreen Listing will be personally reviewed to asertain each listing to be actually green, energy efficient and/or sustainable and will be available for public viewing within 24 hours.
All Listed Green listings will be displayed on state-by-state pages. Worldwide listings are alphabetical.
City by alphabetical order and price range from lowest to highest.
Contact us anytime for changes to your listing.
